I've owned this since Oct 2009 but did not drive it until April 2010. This will be a summer only car. I haven't really posted any pictures previously because it's taken a while to get the car set up.

Well, here she is!

and a bad angle and bad lighting shot of the engine:

I'll upload a better engine shot when I get home.

Edit: Few more pictures:

Oh boy...that's not gonna be a short list haha

Let's just do the main few:
BRP MP62 SC w/ all the bells n whistles (running 7psi due to lack of fuel) (larger 126mm crank pulley in garage, pending future power needs)
TDR A/A IC
Koyo 52mm rad
Mazdaspeed Miata 270cc injectors
DDM CAI box
Tein Monoflex
FSB (RSB is in my garage, running factory one as RSB w/ this setup is way too much oversteer)
Bride Vios3 + GForce harness
Momo Jet carbon wheel w/ NRG QR
Mazdaspeed Muffler & Pedals
CSC Rollbar

Thanks.

No, the car was not stock when I bought it. This was owned by one of the autoX organizers (PITL) who built it for autoX. He did the blower & suspension and almost everything else was factory. He gave me all the factory parts as well and he did all the installs himself. I had the car dyno'd before purchasing and it runs well, no pinging, perfect AFRs. The car had an idle issue (dies when dropped from anything above 1500 rpm) that I've since resolved.

The car is a 99 Miata, 10th anniversary (7500 worldwide), never seen winter, no rust anywhere on the body or underbody. I originally planned on buying one from the US, but then this car came along and it was exactly what I was looking for and was built properly for performance. All the cosmetics were left untouched and that's where I get to play around.

There's lots of plans for this car down the road but for now, I'm extremely happy with where it's at now. I'm still working on tweaks to the suspension to get rid of the last bit of rubbing, then for the rest of the season, I'll be focusing on driving.

My focus for this year was to get the stance right and do my core parts, which are basically things that I touch on a regular basis - pedals, seats, steering wheel, shift knob. The stance is almost there and I'll be ready for some 16x8 +15 wheels next year. It looks very stock right now (except for the stance) but there are plans for that to change next year.
